About Us
Welcome to Tiszabec's Vizslas located in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of New York. We are a small kennel located about 25 miles south of Rochester, New York and about a 90 minute drive from Buffalo or Syracuse. Paul and Geri Primeaux welcome you to our home where we own several of our own vizslas and breed quality Vizslas which may become your lifelong hunting partner or beloved family pet.
We live on 20 acres that includes a half acre pond, food plots and switch grass for cover and nesting for wild birds so that the Vizslas may play and train directly on site.
We have owned and bred Brittanys, Cheasapeake Bay Retrievers and Vizslas since 1975. Our first Vizsla was a wirehaired we named Tiszabec "Tisza" which we purchased back in 1997. The name Tiszabec came from my mother's family origin in Hungary. Soon after Tisza came Penny, our first smooth coat and we were hooked on the Vizsla breed. Our primary interests revolve around hunt tests and hunting with our dogs.
